July 15, 2003 Public Meeting Exhibits

Excellent Participation at 3rd NBTS Public Meeting

On Tuesday, July 15, 2003, the Northwest Butler Transportation Study (NBTS) held its third public meeting workshop at Talawanda Middle School. The meeting was extremely well attended with more than 330 registered participants.

The workshop was held in an open house format to provide more flexibility for those who wanted to attend. Throughout the open house, three presentations regarding the study were held in the media room followed by brief Q&A sessions.

Throughout the course of the workshop, participants were able to review approximately 40 exhibits containing information about the study and its process; ask NBTS team and advisory committee members questions; and pick up printed NBTS information including Fact Sheets, comment sheets, and previous newsletters to take with them.
