Butler County Engineer
Greg Wilkens announces a Public Hearing to be held on July 9,
2003 concerning the proposed SR 63 Extension to US 127 transportation
improvement. Sponsored by the Butler County Engineer's Office
(BCEO) in conjunction with the Ohio Department of Transportation
(ODOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the meeting
will present the FHWA-approved Draft Environmental Impact Statement
(DEIS) for the proposed establishment of a limited access highway
in the Trenton / northeastern Butler County area, which is to
be designated as State Route 63.

Road just north of Chrisholm MetroPark. From Wayne Madison Road,
take Woodsdale Road 1.3 miles northeast to Cinergy. From Kennel
Road, take Woodsdale Road 1.6 miles south to Cinergy.
Workshop Format: Casual, open house style with
information stations, displays about the project, and the Draft
Environmental Impact Statement. Drop in at your convenience.

Other info: The hearing will present information
from the FHWA-approved Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS)
for the proposed establishment of a limited access highway in

be encouraged and received. Copies of the DEIS are available
for viewing at the Trenton Library, BCEO, and the ODOT District
