Butler
County Engineer Greg Wilkens announces that Steven J. Hartke,
E.I., has been hired to fill the position of Design Engineer
at the BCEO.
Hartke joins the BCEO's
Engineering Department following a three-year stint with ME Companies
where he worked on various engineering projects including roadway
and site design. His responsibilities at the Butler County Engineer's
Office will involve roadway design and project management of
various roadway improvements.
A 2003 graduate of
The Ohio State University with a Civil Engineering degree, Hartke
is currently enrolled at Cincinnati State where he is working
toward a Surveying Certificate to pursue an SIT (Surveyor In
Training). He plans to eventually earn his Professional Surveyor
(P.S.) license.
Mr. Hartke resides
with his wife and daughter in Mason.
