Tylersville
Road Improvement, West Chester Township, Butler County, Ohio.
Project Description: Widen Tylersville Road to
five lanes from Wetherington Drive to just east of Cincinnati
Dayton Road. Add westbound lane from just west of Cincinnati
Dayton Road to Lakota Hills Drive. Install curb and gutter. Federal
and local BCEO funds will be utilized to pay for the project.
Construction is scheduled to start in 2009; utility relocations
will begin in 2008. Project is needed to accommodate existing
and projected future traffic, improve safety of motorists turning
left onto adjacent crossroads, and to address various other safety
concerns.

Voice of Freedom MetroPark, 7850 VOA Park Drive, West Chester
Township, Butler County, Ohio.
Directions: Cox Road to VOA Park Drive.
Turn left from VOA Park Drive into Voice of Freedom MetroPark
and follow road to parking lot at lodge.
Meeting Format: Casual, open house style with
information stations and displays about the project. Interested
citizens may drop in at their convenience. Maps, photos, and
other material, including copies of the draft environmental studies,
will also be available for citizens to use in working discussions
with project study team representatives from the BCEO and the
Ohio Department of Transportation. There will also be representation
from the project consulting engineers and West Chester Township.
These representatives will be available to answer questions and
hear your ideas. Each information station will be staffed and
specific comment forms will be provided.
Purpose: Provide the public with the
opportunity to review the preliminary engineering and environmental
information for the proposed Tylersville Road improvement and
to solicit feedback.
