After evaluating the
proposals submitted for the referenced projects, the Butler County
Engineer's Office has developed a short list of the firms and
ranked them in the following order:

Throughout this process,
it has been our objective to select the firms most qualified
to provide the services required. Accordingly, we have entered
into contract negotiations with the number one selected firms.
Should we fail to reach an agreement during these negotiations,
we will enter into negotiations with the next highest ranked
firm.
We extend our sincere
thanks to all firms which submitted RFQs for these projects.
Perhaps we will have the opportunity to work together on another
project in the future.

one ranked consultant we will be contacting you in the near future
to schedule a meeting to discuss the project requirements, the
project management schedule, cost control techniques, the project
team, your firm's plan for communication throughout the project,
and methods of determining compensation for the required services.
