After evaluating the
proposals submitted for the above referenced project, the Butler
County Engineer's Office has developed a short list of the firms
and ranked them in the following order:
1. Kleingers &
Associates
2. American Structurepoint, Inc.
3. EMH&T
Throughout this process,
it has been our objective to select the firm most qualified to
provide the services required. Accordingly, we have entered into
contract negotiations with Kleingers & Associates. Should
we fail to reach an agreement during these negotiations, we will
enter into negotiations with the next highest ranked firm.
We extend our sincere
thanks to all firms which submitted RFQs for this project. Perhaps
we will have the opportunity to work together on another project
in the future.
If you are the number
one ranked consultant we will be contacting you in the near future
to schedule a meeting to discuss the project requirements, the
project management schedule, cost control techniques, the project
team, your firm's plan for communication throughout the project,
and methods of determining compensation for the required services.
