INTERSTATE 75

Liberty / West Chester Townships

ODOT Update 11/30/09: The left lane of southbound Interstate 75 and the center lane of northbound I-75 will be closed for pavement work at the Butler/Hamilton line, mile
marker 18, from 1:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2009. All work is contingent upon weather.

ODOT Update 10/15/09: All ramps at the newly constructed Liberty Way Interchange on Interstate 75 are open to traffic effective October 15, 2009. The new interchange gives motorists the ability to access I-75 from Liberty Way and from the existing ramps on State Route 129.

General Traffic Advisory: Motorists can expect periodic lane closures through 2009 in conjunction with the I-75 widening project and associated bridge work by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). Many lane closures will occur during the overnight hours; however, daytime lane closures are also possible. Four overpasses in Butler County have been rebuilt as part of the project and are now complete. All overpass closures were in 2008. Overpass reconstruction will occur during 2009 along I-75 in Warren County however.

OXFORD MIDDLETOWN ROAD

Milford Township

Closed 0.3 mile east of U.S. 127 and 0.1 mile west of Hamilton Eaton Road beffective January 26, 2010 for shoulder and ditching work on the east side of the Norfolk & Southern Railroad crossing. The road is tentatively scheduled to reopen the week of February 8, 2010.

Detour: Eastbound Oxford Middletown Road traffic will detour northwest on U.S. 127, east on Somerville Road, and southeast on Hamilton Eaton Road. Westbound traffic will reverse this route.

WEST CHESTER ROAD

West Chester Township

Will close 900 feet east of Debbie Drive and 500 west of John Cox Road beginning Monday, February 8, 2010 for a water main repair by the Butler County Water and Sewer Department. The road is tentatively scheduled to reopen by February 10, 2010.

Detour: Eastbound West Chester Road traffic will detour north on Cincinnati Dayton Road, east on Tyersville Road, south on Cox Road, and southwest on U.S. 42 back to West Chester Road. Westbound traffic will reverse this route.
