    BYPASS 4 at HAMILTON MASON ROAD
    Fairfield Township
    West leg of this intersection closed effective June 7, 2010 thru mid-November 2010. Intersection to fully reopen from mid-November 2010 thru April 1, 2011. East leg to close April 1, 2011 thru September 1, 2011. See Hamilton Mason Road below.
    Note: Bypass 4 and all other intersections along the Bypass will remain open during construction of the Bypass 4 widening project.

    BYPASS 4 from OHIO 129 SOUTH TO OHIO 4 (DIXIE HIGHWAY)
    Fairfield Township / City of Fairfield
    Traffic Advisory: Work to construct superstreet intersections and widen Bypass 4 is under way effective May 12, 2010. Thru traffic is being maintained along the Bypass with most of the work occurring to the west side of the existing roadway. Concrete barriers are in place along many sections of the Bypass and existing thru lanes may be narrower than usual in some locations. Motorists should drive with caution. Most work is tentatively scheduled for completion by the fall of 2011. The portion south of Symmes Road is slated for completion in 2012.
    Note: Bypass 4 will remain open throughout all construction phases of the Bypass 4 widening project.
     
     
    COLUMBUS DRIVE SOUTH

    Open effective August 24, 2010.

    EATON AVENUE
    City of Hamilton
    City of Hamilton Road Closure: Eaton Avenue is closed to thru traffic between Peregrine Way and Beissinger Road effective August 27, 2010. Access to local residences, businesses, and churches will be maintained as much as possible. This closure is necessary for roadway reconstruction, including regrading of ditches, installation of wider shoulders, and repaving. The road is scheduled to reopen by October 29, 2010.

    ELVIN LANE
    Liberty Township
    Traffic Advisory: BCEO crews will replace a culvert, approximately 250 north of Princeton Road, with a new bridge structure beginning Tuesday, September 7, 2010. During construction, access to the dead end portion of Elvin Lane will be maintained with one lane at all times as crews will construct the bridge one half at a time. All work is tentatively scheduled for completion the week of October 11, 2010.

    HAMILTON MASON ROAD at BYPASS 4
    Fairfield Township
    Hamilton Mason Road west leg closed from June 7, 2010 thru mid-November 2010 for construction of the superstreet intersection in conjunction with the Bypass 4 widening. During this phase, the north, south, and east legs will remain open. All legs of the intersection will fully reopen from mid-November 2010 thru April 1, 2011. Hamilton Mason Road east leg will be closed April 1, 2011 thru September 1, 2011. The west, north, and south legs will remain open during this phase.
    Note: Bypass 4 and all other intersections along the Bypass will remain open during construction of the Bypass 4 widening project.
    Detours: Eastbound Hamilton Mason Road traffic will detour south on Hamilton Enterprise Park Drive, east on Tylersville Road, and north on Bypass 4 back to Hamilton Mason Road. Westbound Hamilton Mason Road traffic will reverse this route.

    HAMILTON NEW LONDON ROAD
    Ross Township
    Closed 0.3 mile northeast of U.S. 27 and 0.5 mile southwest of Black Road for a bridge replacement over Indian Creek effective July 26, 2010. The road is tentatively scheduled to reopen the week of November 29, 2010.
    Detours: Northeastbound Hamilton New London Road traffic will detour south on U.S. 27, northeast on Ohio 128 into the City of Hamilton, and east on New London Road to Hamilton New London Road. Southwestbound traffic will reverse this route.

    HEADGATES ROAD
    Fairfield Township
    Closed from 600 feet north of Old Line Lane to 0.3 mile north of Gate Way Drive effective August 2, 2010 for a water main installation by the City of Hamilton. Crews will begin at the south end of the project area and gradually work northward in 1,000-foot increments. Local access will be either from the north or south depending upon the daily location of the work. The project is tentatively scheduled for completion the week of October 4, 2010.
    Detours: Northbound Headgates Road traffic will detour west on Ohio 4, north on Campbell Avenue, and northeast on Canal Road. Southbound traffic will reverse this route.

    INTERSTATE 75
    Liberty Township
    General Traffic Advisory: Motorists can expect periodic lane closures through 2010 in conjunction with the I-75 widening project and associated bridge work by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). Many lane closures will occur during the overnight hours; however, daytime lane closures are also possible. Four overpasses in Butler County have been rebuilt as part of the project and are now complete. Motorists will encounter additional construction with possible delays along I-75 in neighboring Warren County.

    NEW LONDON ROAD
    City of Hamilton
    City of Hamilton Traffic Advisory: New London Road near Potter's Golf Course will be restricted to one lane through October 29, 2010. Temporary traffic signals will guide motorists through the construction zone. Access to local residents, businesses, and schools will be maintained as much as possible during construction. This restriction is necessary for the stabilization of the roadside creek to protect the roadway foundation and water main.
     
     
    NORTH B STREET
    City of Hamilton / St. Clair Township
    Closed five feet north of Gordon Avenue and 400 feet south of Lagonda Avenue for a bridge replacement effective July 6, 2010. The road is tentatively scheduled to reopen the week of November 22, 2010.
    Detour: There will be different detours for auto traffic and truck traffic.
    Auto Detour: Northbound North B Street traffic will detour west on Rhea Avenue, north on Prytania Avenue, west on Haldimand Avenue, north on Cleveland Avenue, and east on Washington Boulevard. Southbound traffic will detour west on Washington Boulevard, south on Cleveland Avenue, and east on Rhea Avenue.
    Truck Detour: Northbound North B Street truck traffic will detour west on Rhea Avenue, north on Eaton Avenue, and east on Washington Boulevard. Southbound truck traffic will reverse this route.
    All traffic coming into the City of Hamilton from U.S. 127 and points north are encouraged to stay on U.S. 127 and not utilize Seven Mile Avenue and North B Street through the Village of New Miami.

    OHIO 73
    Oxford Township
    ODOT Traffic Advisory: Lane restriction lifted effective August 13, 2010. Bridge repair work to continue through September with occasional temporary one-lane restrictions maintained by flaggers.

    OHIO 122
    Madison Township
    ODOT Road Closure: Ohio 122 closed at the CSX Railroad, just east of Trenton Franklin Road and west of the Great Miami River bridge, effective August 30, 2010 for a crossing replacement by CSX. The road is tentatively scheduled to reopen by September 2, 2010.
    Detour: Eastbound Ohio 122 traffic will detour north and east on Trenton Franklin Road, south on Ohio 4, and southwest on Carmody Boulevard. Westbound will reverse this route.

    OHIO 744
    Preble County just north of Somerville
    ODOT Road Closure: Effective March 8, 2010, Ohio 744 is closed approximately 1,000 feet north of the Butler County line in Preble County for a bridge replacement by the Ohio Department of Transportation. The bridge, which spans Seven Mile Creek, is tentatively scheduled to reopen in September 2010.
    Detour: The ODOT posted detour is south on Ohio 503, west on Ohio 73, to north on U.S. 127, back to Ohio 744.
     
     
    RACE LANE ROAD
    Morgan Township
    Closed 0.8 mile north of Alert New London Road and 0.5 mile south of Ohio 126 (Cincinnati Brookville Road) for a bridge replacement effective April 5, 2010. Due to frequent heavy rains and flooding in June as well as other complicating factors, the opening date has been rescheduled for the week of August 30, 2010.
    Detour: Northbound Race Lane Road traffic will detour east on Alert New London Road and northwest on Ohio 126. Southbound traffic will reverse this route.

    REILY MILLVILLE ROAD
    Reily Township
    Closed 0.3 mile southeast of Ohio 732 and 1.8 miles northeast of Bunker Hill Woods Road for a bridge replacement over Indian Creek effective August 9, 2010. The road is tentatively scheduled to reopen the week of December 6, 2010.
    Detour: Southeastbound Reily Millville Road traffic will detour north on Ohio 732, east on Stillwell Road, and south on Bunker Hill Woods Road. Northwestbound traffic will reverse this route.

    SOMERVILLE ROAD
    Oxford Township
    Will close 1.9 miles northeast of Ohio 732 and 0.1 mile west of Oxford Milford Road for a bridge replacement beginning Monday, September 13, 2010. The road is tentatively scheduled to reopen the week of November 29, 2010.
    Detour: Northeastbound Somerville Road traffic will detour north on Ohio 732 and southeast on Ohio 177. Southwestbound traffic will reverse this route.
