The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that a new traffic signal has been installed and is in active “Stop and Go” operation at the intersection of Wayne Madison Road and Kennel Road. The signal replaces a two-way stop and improves safety and traffic flow for heavy, slow-moving vehicles and surrounding businesses.
