The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports a traffic advisory in the area of the roundabout at Princeton Road and Yankee Road on Thursday, July 27, and Friday, July 28, 2023, when bridge beams will be delivered to the BCEO construction site at Princeton Road and Mauds Hughes Road. The 135-foot-long beams will be transported on a 180-foot-long trailer which will cause delays from Cincinnati Dayton Road to Princeton Road and through the roundabout at Yankee Road. Flaggers will help move traffic; however, motorists can expect possible 15-minute closures in the roundabout as the massive trucks maneuver the route.
Motorists are encouraged to plan an alternate route Thursday and Friday. Check the BCEO website and PROJECTS MAP, as well as Facebook and Twitter @bceonews, for possible date and status changes concerning this and other closures/advisories.
