UPDATE APRIL 11, 2024: THE BRIDGE WORK HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL NEXT MONDAY – WEDNESDAY, 4/15 THRU 4/17

The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports lane closures on the Wayne Madison Road/Liberty Fairfield Road bridge approximately one mile north of S.R. 4 beginning Tuesday, April 2, 2024. To prepare for paving in the upcoming weeks, crews will make adjustments to the approach slab on the bridge as well as perform base repair to Liberty Fairfield Road just south of the bridge. Motorists should expect delays in the construction zone for up to three days, weather permitting.
