Butler County Engineer Greg Wilkens proudly announces his newest hire, Jennifer Welling, who fills one of two new Design Engineer positions at the BCEO. A former BCEO intern and a 2025 graduate of the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Welling joins the BCEO’s Engineering Department. Her responsibilities at the Butler County Engineer’s Office will involve bridge and roadway design.
Ms. Welling resides in Fairfield Township, Ohio.
