The Butler County Engineer’s Office is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Homan to Construction Manager. Homan holds a bachelor’s degree in turf management from Eastern Kentucky University and has been with the county since 2010, serving as both a storm water inspector and a construction inspector. His extensive experience and dedication to roadway and bridge projects throughout Butler County will be invaluable in his new role.
In his position, Mr. Homan will oversee construction operations, manage project timelines, and ensure the continued delivery of safe, high-quality infrastructure improvements for Butler County residents. “Matt has consistently demonstrated outstanding knowledge and professionalism in the field,” said Butler County Engineer Greg Wilkens. “We are confident he will excel in this leadership role and continue to be an asset to our team and the citizens we serve.”
Matt Homan currently resides in Madison Township with his wife and three sons.
