The Butler County Engineer’s Office (BCEO) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Rack from Working Supervisor to Operations Manager.

Rack joined the BCEO Operations Department in 2016 and was promoted to Working Supervisor two years later. He brings extensive career experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of the daily operations and responsibilities of the office’s highway maintenance division.

Butler County Engineer Greg Wilkens said, “Jeff’s experience and knowledge of our operations have prepared him well, and I look forward to seeing him succeed in this position.”

Rack and his wife have four children and reside in Hanover Township.
