In an effort to curb the spread of the Coronavirus, the Butler County Engineer’s Office will be temporarily closed to all visitors effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020, until further notice. BCEO personnel may be reached by calling the office at 513-867-5744 or by emailing [email protected] .
Circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impacts on our community are ever-changing; however, at this time, the County infrastructure improvement and maintenance projects will proceed as scheduled. The BCEO is working to implement emergency response procedures that will enable continued public service with a priority on the protection of all employees and Butler County citizens.
The BCEO Tax Map Office will not be accepting paper copies of legal descriptions for pre-approval and encourages the public to submit them via email or the online Tax Map application (About Us > Departments > Design & Engineering section under GIS / Tax Map Records / IT. ( Follow GIS/Tax Map Page link.). Survey mylars and new survey legal descriptions may be dropped off and collected in the vestibule after calling the office 15 minutes prior to visiting the office.
