UPDATE JUNE 24, 2022: THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE, AND THE ROAD IS OPEN.

The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that Bonham Road will close approximately 0.55 miles east of Hillcrest Drive and 0.35 miles west of Oxford Milford Road for a bridge replacement over Harkers Run beginning Monday, March 7, 2022. Performed by  Eagle Bridge Company, construction on this Design-Build project will last up to 120 days. Access to properties within the construction zone will be maintained; however, the road will be closed to all through traffic and is tentatively scheduled to reopen by July 4, 2022.

Detour: Eastbound Bonham Road traffic will detour northeast on Morning Sun Road, northeast on Somerville Road, and south on Oxford Milford Road. Westbound traffic will reverse this route.
