UPDATE APRIL 6, 2023: THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE, AND THE ROAD IS OPEN.
The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that Wehr Road will close five feet north of Morganthaler Road and 1.6 miles south of S.R. 73 for a culvert replacement beginning Monday, April 3, 2023. The road will be closed to all through traffic and is tentatively scheduled to reopen on April 7, 2023.
Detour: Northbound Wehr Road traffic will detour east on Morganthaler Road, northeast on North Riverside Drive, north on Busenbark Road, and west on S.R. 73. Southbound traffic will reverse this route.
