UPDATE MARCH 28, 2024: THE PROJECTS ARE COMPLETED, AND THE ROAD IS OPEN.
The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that State Line Center Road will close 0.4 miles north of Peoria Reily Road and approximately 400 feet south of Springfield Road for three culvert replacements beginning Monday, March 18, 2024. The first culvert replacement will start just north of the railroad tracks and move north toward Springfield Road during the construction period. The road will be closed to all through traffic and is tentatively scheduled to reopen on April 3, 2024.
Detour: Northbound State Line Center Road traffic will detour east on Peoria Reily Road, north on Weaver Road, and west on Springfield Road. Southbound traffic will reverse this route.
