UPDATE JULY 19, 2024: THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED, AND THE ROAD IS OPEN.

The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that Stillwell Beckett Road will close 0.3 miles east of Darrtown Road and 0.7 miles west of Morman Road for a culvert replacement beginning Monday, July 15, 2024. The road will be closed to all through traffic and is tentatively scheduled to reopen on July 19, 2024.

Detour: Eastbound Stillwell Beckett Road traffic will detour south on U.S. 27, east on S.R. 130, and north on Morman Road. Westbound traffic will reverse this route. Motorists are encouraged to check here and our PROJECTS MAP, as well as Facebook and X @bceonews, for possible date and status changes concerning this and other closures/advisories.
