Ross Township/Hanover Township

UPDATE APRIL 2, 2025: ROSS TWP CREWS HAVE COMPLETED THE PROJECT, AND THE ROAD IS OPEN.

The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that Black Road will close five feet north of Hamilton New London Road and 1.6 miles south of Ross Hanover Road for an emergency culvert replacement beginning Monday, March 31, 2025. The road will be closed to all through traffic and is tentatively scheduled to reopen on April 2, 2025.

Detour: Northbound Black Road traffic will detour northeast on Hamilton New London Road, and west on Ross Hanover Road. Southbound traffic will reverse this route.
