UPDATE MARCH 27, 2025: THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED, AND THE ROAD IS OPEN.

The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that Waynes Trace Road will close 0.70 miles north of S.R. 744 and ten feet south of Mendenhall Road for a culvert pipe replacement beginning Monday, March 24, 2025. The road will be closed to all through traffic and is tentatively scheduled to reopen on March 28, 2025.

Detour: Northbound Waynes Trace Road traffic will detour southeast on S.R. 744, north on S.R. 503, west on Van Trump Road, north on Roberts Road, and south on Mendenhall Road. Southbound traffic will reverse this route.
