UPDATE SEPTEMBER 18, 2026, 7:30 PM: THE ROAD IS OPEN.

The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports the EMERGENCY CLOSURE of Cincinnati Dayton Road near address number 7591, between Hidden Trace Drive and Fox Plum Drive, due to a water main break. The repairs are expected to be completed around 8:00 or 9:00 tonight.

Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area if possible and to check Facebook and X @bceonews for updates on this closure.
