This 2007 Official Butler County Thoroughfare Plan was adopted March 27, 2007 by the Butler County Planning Commission and shall be effective from March 27, 2007 until May 2008.

UPDATE: Butler County Engineer proposed amendments showing alteration of ramps and other
modifications to the I-75/SR-129 Interchange, Proposes a Principal Arterial from said Interchange
to Cox Road, Proposes a Minor Arterial from Cox Road to Liberty Way, and Reclassifying Liberty
Way, beginning at Cincinnati-Dayton Road and ending at Butler-Warren Road, from a Major
Collector to a Minor Arterial. Butler County Thoroughfare Plan was revised and accepted by the
Butler County Planning Commission effective April 17, 2017.

UPDATE: Incorporation of ODOT’s proposed bicycle route, designated as USBR-25 by American
Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), through a portion of
Butler County, Ohio. Plan was revised and accepted by the Butler County Planning Commission
effective February 14, 2017.

UPDATE: Conformance to Liberty Township’s 2013 Comprehensive Vision Plan by proposing an
Interchange at Interstate I-75 and Millikin Road. Plan was revised and accepted by the Butler
County Planning Commission effective December 8, 2015.

UPDATE: The Oxford and Oxford Township portion of this plan was revised and accepted by
the Butler County Planning Commission effective, October 14, 2008.
