UPDATE JUNE 24, 2021: The project is complete and the road is open.

The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that the Somerville Road closure from 0.7 miles east of S.R. 177 to 0.6 miles west of Baker Road will be extended for the fourth in a series of four culvert replacements.  Construction on the final two adjacent culverts will begin Tuesday, June 8, 2021. The road is closed to all through traffic and is tentatively scheduled to reopen on June 25, 2021.

Detour: Eastbound Somerville Road traffic will detour south on S.R. 177, east on Oxford Middletown Road, and north on U.S. 127. Westbound traffic will reverse this route.
