UPDATE JUNE 24, 2021: The project is complete and the road is open.

The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that Somerville Road will close 0.7 miles east of S.R. 177 and 0.7 miles west of Baker Road for a culvert replacement beginning Tuesday, June 8, 2021. The road will be closed to all through traffic and is tentatively scheduled to reopen on June 21, 2021.

Detour: Eastbound Somerville Road traffic will detour south on S.R. 177, east on Oxford Middletown Road, and north on U.S. 127. Westbound traffic will reverse this route.
