UPDATE SEPTEMBER 10, 2021: THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE AND THE ROAD IS OPEN.

The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that Nichols Road will close five feet east of Lanes Mill Road and one mile west of Darrtown Road for a new culvert installation beginning Tuesday, September 7, 2021. The road will be closed to all through traffic and is tentatively scheduled to reopen on September 10, 2021.

Detour: Eastbound Nichols Road traffic will detour south on Lanes Mill Road, east on Stillwell Beckett Road, and north on Darrtown Road. Westbound traffic will reverse this route.
