UPDATE JULY 21, 2023: THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED, AND THE ROAD IS OPEN.

The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that Contreras Road will close 0.5 miles east of the state line and 0.5 west of Taylor Road for a culvert replacement beginning Wednesday, July 19, 2023. The road will be closed to all through traffic and is tentatively scheduled to reopen on July 21, 2023.

Detour: Eastbound Contreras Road traffic will detour south on Harmony Road, east on Fairfield Road, and north on Riggs Road. Westbound traffic will reverse this route.
