The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that Norfolk Southern Railway (NS) will close East Crescentville Road at the crossing between Champion Way and Windisch Road for a rail defect repair beginning Monday, April 20, 2026. The road will be closed to all through traffic and is tentatively scheduled to reopen on Saturday morning, April 25, 2026.

Detour: Eastbound Crescentville Road traffic will detour north on International Boulevard, northeast on Muhlhauser Road, east on Union Centre Boulevard, and south on Cincinnati Dayton Road. Westbound traffic will reverse this route.
